QA Test Lead

Reports to: Project Manager | Engagement: Full-time,; immediate availability preferred Role purpose: Owns test strategy and execution for government platforms: system, performance, bilingual-parity, and security-test coordination through client-led UAT. Key responsibilities: ▪ Author master test plans with full requirements-coverage traceability. ▪ Run SIT across complex workflow/state-machine systems; manage the defect lifecycle and stage entry/exit criteria. ▪ Coordinate independent penetration tests and performance testing against projected volumes. ▪ Prepare and support client UAT: scripts, environments, data, triage, and sign-off packages. Qualifications & certifications: ISTQB Advanced (Test Manager) preferred. Experience & languages: 8+ years QA leadership on government systems; bilingual test-artefact experience; Arabic advantageous. Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
