Position Overview We are looking for a Head – Affiliate Growth to own affiliate growth strategy, team execution, partner performance, and revenue outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong industry knowledge, strategic understanding, and ruthless execution . Key Responsibilities - Own Affiliate Growth strategy, targets, and execution. - Drive affiliate acquisition, activation, reactivation, and revenue growth. - Lead and manage the Affiliate Growth team with strong accountability. - Monitor affiliate performance, revenue, EPC, CR, traffic, and campaign growth. - Identify and execute new affiliate and campaign growth opportunities. - Drive optimization and ensure timely closure of performance gaps. - Work closely with Advertiser Growth, Network Ops, and Tech teams. - Translate management strategy into clear, actionable execution plans. - Represent Affiliate Growth in management reviews with clear insights and recommendations. Requirements 7+ years of experience in affiliate/performance marketing. Strong team leadership and people-management experience. Deep understanding of affiliate networks, publishers, traffic sources, and campaign performance. Strong execution, ownership, and problem-solving mindset.
