About The Role We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Life Insurance to join our team. This role is crucial for gathering and analyzing business requirements, ensuring the successful implementation of Life Insurance applications, and coordinating across various teams. Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Life Insurance applications. - Work extensively on LifeAsia and understand end-to-end insurance processes. - Prepare BRD/FRD, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. - Coordinate with business stakeholders, development, testing, and implementation teams. - Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and support functional testing/UAT. - Ensure requirements are aligned with Life Insurance business processes and system capabilities. Requirements - 4-8 years of experience in the Life Insurance domain. - Hands-on experience with LifeAsia Day 1 and Day 2 functionalities. - Strong understanding of ULIP products, policy processing, calculations, and business rules. - Requirement gathering, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. - Any IT Graduate.
