Pega Constellation Pega Constellation - Total Experience: 5 - 8 Relevant Experience: 5+ Level of Hire: SA Notice: Immediate Work Location: PAN India Tire 1 Cognizant Mandatory Certification: CSSA Job Description Senior Pega Developer (Pega Infinity 25 | Constellation) Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Pega Infinity 25 / Pega 25.x and Constellation architecture . The ideal candidate should have at least one end-to-end project experience leveraging Constellation UI and must be capable of customizing UI components using ReactJS and publishing them within the Constellation framework . Key Responsibilities - Design and develop scalable Pega BPM applications using Pega Infinity 25 / 25.x - Implement and deliver solutions using Constellation UI (view-based authoring) - Develop and customize UI components using ReactJS , ensuring seamless integration with Constellation - Publish and deploy custom React-based UI components within Constellation architecture - Leverage DX APIs for UI externalization and integration with front-end frameworks - Build and configure: - Case Types, Flows, Decision Rules, Data Transforms - Integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, external systems) - Ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails and best practices - Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application performance - Support CI/CD deployment pipelines and DevOps processes - Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver sprint commitments Mandatory Skills & Experience - 5+ years of Pega development experience - Strong hands-on experience with: - Pega Infinity 25 / 25.1 or above - Constellation UI architecture - At least one project experience implementing Constellation-based UI - Proven experience in: - ReactJS development (custom UI component building) - Embedding/publishing custom UI into Pega Constellation - Experience with: - DX APIs and headless UI architecture - Integration services (REST/SOAP) - Good understanding of: - Pega case management and workflow orchestration - Application debugging tools (Tracer, Clipboard, Live UI) Preferred Skills - Experience with Pega Constellation programs - Hands-on experience with: - CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) - Monitoring tools (PDC, Splunk, Dynatrace) - Experience with Pega Cloud deployments - Good understanding of enterprise architecture and microservices Certifications - Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) Preferred Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent Nice to Have (Client-Focused Add-ons) - Experience in Healthcare domain - Exposure to large-scale transformation programs - Experience in multi-channel UX modernization programs using Constellation Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile delivery model Pega Constellation | SA | 5 - 8 years | 5+ years | PAN India Tire 1 Cognizant | Immediate - 30days | CSSA |
