The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations D365 F&O Solution Architect serves as the senior technical and functional leader responsible for the overall health, stability, and continuous improvement of ConnectAmerica's Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations platform. This role provides architectural oversight, production support leadership, and strategic guidance for application managed services while ensuring the platform aligns with business objectives, Microsoft best practices, and enterprise architecture standards. The architect serves as the highest technical escalation point for complex production issues, major enhancements, integrations, and solution design. The role works closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, Microsoft, third party vendors The Solution Architect owns the end to end architecture of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform and designs scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that support business processes. The role reviews and approves solution designs, customizations, integrations, and extensions while ensuring all enhancements align with Microsoft's extensibility framework and One Version upgrade strategy. Responsibilities also include developing architecture roadmaps, leading production support including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement and Sourcing, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Security and Role Based Access, Workflow, Electronic Reporting, Batch Processing, and Master Data Management. It also includes designing and governing integrations using Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Data Management Framework, OData, Dual Write, Power Platform, APIs, and middleware solutions The ideal candidate has more than 10 years of Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience, including at least 5 years as a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect supporting enterprise scale production environments. Strong expertise in Application Managed Services, Microsoft Lifecycle Services, Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps, CI/CD practices, X++, extensions, data entities, integration patterns, and stakeholder management is essential.
