Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible, and integrating observability into DevOps/CI-CD workflows. Practical experience with GenAI frameworks/APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning model. Experience with AI and Agentic AI - including how to leverage it both as product features (e.g., anomaly detection, predictive analytics) and as a productivity enhancer (e.g., AI copilots, automated documentation, CI/CD validation).
