Job Description

IT SaaS Category Manager - Responsible for leading the IT SaaS category strategy to ensure operational efficiencies. - Establishes a strong network with IT Leadership including the CDIO, CTO, and CISO. Fosters collaboration with customers, suppliers, key stakeholders, and team members. - Build and manage procurement strategies that seek to leverage a wide variety of procurement projects that span the entire procurement life cycle to create business-aligned value. - Partner with internal stakeholders to drive efficiencies and reduce risks and costs for the categories under management. - Be accountable to define and achieve a broad range of KPIs (e.g., savings, innovation, risk, sustainability) for assigned procurement categories. - Manage a team of IT Strategic Sourcing SaaS Professionals Roles and Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities - Development and implementation of the IT SaaS Procurement strategy to provide resources on time, minimizing risk to customers and ensuring optimum price. - Develop and maintain IT SaaS category plans that identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, drive cost savings, manage risk, improve safety, drive innovation, and ensure the continuous development of categories managed. - Supervise, plan, manage a team of IT SaaS Procurement professionals. Assume complete responsibility for all activities and processes associated with the categories assigned. - Perform procurement reporting and analysis of management information to identify potential improvement opportunities. - Identify innovative procurement solutions that provide cashable savings and process efficiencies for the organization. - Address vendor issues to ensure the highest level of service delivery. - Maintain contractual and business relationships with vendors. - Assist with the company's acquisition strategies by completing the due diligence and integration activities for the spend categories. - Facilitate implementation of procurement change initiatives within the category to improve business performance. - Develop best procurement practices to lead and manage procurement teams. - Develop and maintain expert knowledge of respective global supply markets, competitors, and product innovations. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, finance, business or related field - 10+ years' experience in procurement, sourcing or related field delivering similar job outcomes. 5+ years as a manager - Proven track record of leading and managing teams, sourcing teams preferred. - Strong leadership, collaboration and influencing skills. - Strong business acumen, skillfully navigating functional priorities while delivering business objectives. - Ability to develop business cases, presentations, and stakeholder communications. - Strong digital dexterity skills, including the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and leverage data. - Experience with Coupa or site-relevant ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms, Request for quotation tools and project management tools Skills: Coupa, Category Management, Sourcing Strategy, Vendor Management Experience: 12.00-14.00 Years
