Fit & Quality Control Associate

As we scale our Private Label division, we are looking for rigorous quality experts to uphold our brand standards. The Role We are looking for a highly detailed Fit & Quality Control Associate to own spec sheet preparation and comprehensive quality checks across our Men's and Women's wear collections. This is a highly active, factory-based role where you will work directly on the floor with our vendor partners. You will be the ultimate gatekeeper for garment quality—ensuring every piece matches approved specifications, fits perfectly, and meets strict quality standards before it ever reaches our dispatch centers. Key Responsibilities Specification Ownership: Independently prepare, interpret, and maintain highly detailed spec sheets (measurements, construction, trims) for each style across both men’s and women’s wear, based on design and tech pack inputs. Sample Approvals: Rigorously check fit samples, Pre-Production (PP) samples, and top-of-production samples against specs. Immediately flag and document deviations. Production QC: Conduct stringent in-line and pre-dispatch production quality checks using global AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) sampling standards. Defect Management: Measure garments against strict tolerance limits. Meticulously document and report any fabric, stitching, print, or fit defects. Vendor Coordination: Work on-site with vendors and factory floors to ensure deviations are corrected in real-time before dispatch. Escalate recurring vendor or quality issues to the Category Lead. Audit & Reporting: Maintain immaculate Quality Control (QC) records, detailed inspection reports, and defect logs for every style and batch. What We Are Looking For Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on experience in garment quality control, fit checking, or spec development. Category Expertise: Proven experience handling both Women's and Men's wear categories. Background working with e-commerce export brands or large domestic non-e-commerce apparel brands in India. Lifecycle Knowledge: Deep experience working in both the sampling and full production phases. Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of AQL sampling standards, garment measurement, and tolerance charts. Ability to independently read, create, and revise spec sheets and tech packs. Work Style: Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline. Highly comfortable working on-site at various factory/vendor units and managing multiple vendors simultaneously. Why Join Us?
