Senior C4C Test Engineer

Job Description: - Over 5+ years of experience in SAP Testing - Manage the overall implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP C4C for various business functions (Sales, Service, Marketing) - Deep experience with SAP C4C configuration, implementation, and integration. - Proven experience leading testing efforts, from test planning to execution, across various testing phases (unit, system, UAT, etc.). - Liaise with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure the solution aligns with business objectives - Ability to effectively manage and guide a test team, including setting priorities, managing schedules, and fostering a collaborative environment - Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software applications. - Identify and report software defects and work with developers to resolve them. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and execute test strategies. - Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with SAP software applications. - Create documentation for testing processes, defect identification, and resolution. - Stay up to date with the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry trends. - Oversee SAP C4C configuration, ensuring the system is properly tailored to meet business requirements and adheres to industry best practices. - Coordinate and manage testing efforts, including functional, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing. Create test plans, scripts, and ensure proper test execution and issue resolution. - Provide guidance and support to team members on best practices and troubleshooting, ensuring continuous skill development - Ensure smooth adoption of changes and improvements related to SAP C4C by end users, providing training and creating user documentation - Develop and enforce quality standards for testing, ensuring proper test coverage, and validating results. - Regularly communicate project progress, issues, and risks to senior leadership and business teams. Deliver clear and concise presentations to non-technical stakeholders - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders - Familiarity with Agile project management and iterative development processes - SAP Certifications: SAP C4C certification or equivalent is a plus Skills: Agile Project Management, Test Execution, Sap C4c, Test Engineering, Sap Testing, Sap Experience: 4.00-6.00 Years
