Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Global Business Services Enterprise Project Management Office Center of Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-impact strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional global transformations, and managing project budgets of up to $15M under minimal guidance. The Global Business Services Enterprise Project Management Office Center of Excellence team serves as a catalyst for enterprise success, driving the organization forward within a high-performance culture where strategist-led partnership and agile delivery converge. **What You'll Do** In this role, you will: + **Mission-Driven Delivery & Governance** : Take end-to-end accountability for planning, executing, and finalizing complex global projects by applying expert standard Project Management Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). + **Strategic Alignment & Financial Stewardship** : Evaluate project variables against strategic business goals, constructing detailed project budgets up to $15M while optimizing value-driving financial levers and maintaining forecast transparency. + **Metric Tracking & Root Cause Analysis** : Define, track, and report on key transformational performance indicators, applying expert-level Root Cause Analysis to diagnose structural issues and deliver measurable business wins. + **Cross-Functional Global Partnerships** : Foster high-performance collaborative networks across virtual global teams, managing stakeholder priorities and regional cultural nuances to execute joint corporate goals. + **Stakeholder Communication & Continuous Improvement** : Deliver tailored project narratives to Vice Presidents, Directors, and Subject Matter Experts while converting post-implementation evaluations into optimized Project Management Office best practices. **What You'll Bring** The ideal candidate will have: + **5 to 8 years** of total professional experience, with a minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience in project management driving cross-functional business process transitions, transformations, or shared services models. + **Strong knowledge of** enterprise workflow systems (Salesforce, Oracle, or Workday), workflow tools like Monday.com, and an understanding of how generative Artificial Intelligence and data automation accelerate decision-making. + **Proven ability in** managing project budgets up to $15M, critical thinking, active risk optimization, Root Cause Analysis, and delivering executive-level synthesis to Senior Vice Presidents and Executive Vice Presidents. + **Education & Certifications** : A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, alongside at least one active credential such as Project Management Professional (PMP)®, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®.
