IT Project/Program Manager

Summary: This role involves guiding and coaching the team and organization in Agile/Scrum practices and values to enhance customer satisfaction. The Project/Program Manager IT 4 will focus on building a trusting environment, facilitating discussions, and resolving conflicts while supporting the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog. Responsibilities: - Guide and coach the team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers. - Assist the team in maximizing self-organization capabilities. - Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach them to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace. - Remove impediments or guide the team to remove them by identifying the right points of contact. - Create a trusting and safe environment where issues can be raised without fear of blame or judgment, focusing on healing and problem-solving. - Facilitate the completion of work without coercion, assigning, or dictating tasks, embodying servant leadership. - Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution. - Support and educate the Product Owner, particularly in grooming and maintaining the product backlog. - Facilitate Scrum events, relationships, and collaboration within the team. Requirements: - 5 to 7 years of experience in a relevant field. Required Skills: - First-level Scrum Master certification. - Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year with a software development team diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. - Knowledge of numerous techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g., Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.). - PMP/Scrum Master Certification will be helpful. #AditiConsulting # 26-04641 Skills: Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year with a software development team, First-level Scrum Master certification, Knowledge of numerous techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach, PMP Scrum Master Certification Experience: 5.00-7.00 Years
