The ideal candidate should have expertise in backend development, modern web technologies, and experience leading technical initiatives while mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain tracking and logistics applications. - Build scalable backend services and responsive web applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Review code, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering best practices. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. - Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making. - Troubleshoot production issues and deliver high-quality software solutions. Required Skills - 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development. - Strong proficiency in Python , Node.js , and MySQL . - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers.
