Role : Java FSD + AWS Experience : 5+ years Work Mode : All 5 days WFO Work Timings : 2PM to 11PM Location : Chennai & Hyderabad Primary Skills : Java FSD, AWS Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead with over 8 years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, AWS Cloud, and modern UI technologies. This role involves leading development teams, driving technical solutions, and ensuring high-quality software delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications. Responsibilities - Lead and mentor development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. - Design and implement scalable and secure web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. - Drive technical solutions and ensure adherence to engineering best practices. - Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance product offerings. Mandatory Skills - Strong foundation in Full Stack development. - Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. - Experience with AWS Cloud services. - Familiarity with modern UI technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). - Proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical solutions. Preferred Skills - Experience with microservices architecture. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Understanding of Agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Java, AWS, or Full Stack development are a plus.
