Consultant Assessment

Job description: - 5+ years of relevant professional experience in educational assessment projects, preferably with government entities. - Expertise in tool design and psychometric analysis, including proven experience working with Item Response Theory (IRT PRO). - Hands-on experience leading assessment initiatives focused on measuring student learning outcomes. - Strong capability in project planning, coordination, and execution within large-scale assessment projects. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including government agencies and education boards. - Experience in preparing detailed reports, presentations, and operational documentation. - Familiarity with data collection tools, survey platforms, and analysis methodologies. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and online survey platforms. - Expertise in tool design and psychometric analysis Skills: assessment tools, Project Management Experience: 5.00-10.00 Years
