M365 Copilot

Mandatory Skills: M365 Copilot Experience delivering Copilot/agent solutions in a large enterprise environment, with a strong focus on security, compliance, and responsible AI. Hands-on capability with Copilot Studio to create, test and manage agent creations (including connectors, actions, and knowledge grounding). Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse) to orchestrate end-to-end Copilot-enabled processes. Practical experience using Microsoft Graph API to integrate identity, mail, calendar, Teams and SharePoint/OneDrive scenarios into Copilot or agent workflows. Ability to define success measures and insights using Work IQ and related analytics to evidence adoption, productivity impact, and control effectiveness. Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric to support data sourcing, semantic models and reporting for Copilot and agent scenarios (where applicable). Good understanding of prompt engineering patterns, grounding strategies, and enterprise guardrails for Microsoft Copilot (including data loss prevention and information protection considerations).
