Description We are seeking an experienced Resource Manager Principal to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 11-16 years of experience in resource management, with a proven track record of effectively managing and allocating resources to meet project objectives. Responsibilities - Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements. - Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members. - Monitor and report on resource utilization and performance. - Identify and resolve resource conflicts and issues promptly. - Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. - Provide training and guidance to junior resource managers. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. - Strong understanding of resource management principles and practices. - Proficiency in resource management software and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
