Bike Rider / Delivery Executive

FirstCry is expanding its delivery network to meet the growing demand for fast, reliable service across multiple cities in India. As a Bike Rider / Delivery Executive, you will become the face of the company, ensuring that every order reaches the customer in perfect condition and on schedule. Your day will begin with a briefing from the dispatch team, where you will receive a list of orders, route details, and any special delivery instructions. You will then load the items onto your bike or scooter, double‑checking that each package is secured and labeled correctly. During the delivery run, you will navigate through urban and suburban streets, using a GPS navigation app to follow the most efficient routes. While on the road, you must obey all traffic laws, wear appropriate safety gear, and maintain your vehicle in good working order. If a customer prefers cash payment, you will collect the amount securely and provide a receipt. For digital payments, you will verify the transaction on the delivery app before handing over the package. The role demands a high level of reliability. You will be expected to start your shift at 9 AM and finish by 6 PM, working six days a week. Overtime is available for those who wish to increase their earnings. In addition to the base salary, FirstCry offers performance‑based incentives, a fuel allowance (where applicable), and statutory benefits such as Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) coverage. We are looking for candidates who possess a valid driving licence and own a bike or scooter with up‑to‑date registration and insurance documents.
