The Mars team is responsible for bringing Meraki Dashboard features to the Cisco Catalyst family . **Your Impact** + **Design, develop, validate, and automate** scalable features that simplify network management for customers. + Translate complex functionality into **intuitive and efficient customer experiences** . + Collaborate with **Product Management, TMEs, and cross-functional engineering teams** to deliver impactful solutions. + Deliver features **on time with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and customer value** . **Minimum Qualifications** Bachelor's or master's degree with 4+ years of software development experience. + Strong hands-on experience with **Ruby on Rails, Python, Golang, or Java with Spring Boot** , building scalable **cloud applications, backend services, and REST APIs** . + Strong **React.js UI development** experience, building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. + Experience with **containerization, DevOps practices, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments** . + Experience in **system design, code quality, and mentoring/guiding engineers** on engineering best practices. + Exposure to **LLMs and AI-assisted development** , with a proven ability to deliver **high-quality, customer-focused software** . **Preferred:** + Exposure to or understanding of **networking concepts and technologies** . **Why Cisco?** At Cisco, we're revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
