Junior Recruiter (upto 10K/ TARGET BASED)

Role & Responsibilities - Proactively source, screen, and engage high-potential candidates for international clients across tech, finance, and operations roles. - Conduct preliminary interviews, assess cultural fit, and maintain accurate candidate notes in ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Zoho Recruit). - Build and nurture talent pipelines for high-volume hiring needs using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards. - Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones with zero slippage. - Track KPIs (interview-to-offer ratio, time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction) and optimize outreach sequences for higher conversion. - Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience workflows.
