Programming.com is hiring | Senior Software Engineer Designation: Senior Software Engineer Experience: 5–8 Years Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days) Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (US Shift) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We're looking for a Senior Engineer to build and scale a high-volume, event-driven Driver Operations Platform. You'll develop backend services, GraphQL APIs, and user-facing applications that power onboarding, driver communications, and operational workflows. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications and APIs. - Build event-driven services using AWS Serverless technologies. - Develop onboarding, communication, and workflow automation features. - Design reliable GraphQL APIs and distributed systems. - Integrate third-party APIs and webhooks. - Improve system reliability, monitoring, and performance. - Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and Data teams. - Mentor engineers and participate in architecture discussions and code reviews. Required Skills - 5–8 years of software development experience. - Strong expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and React . - Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, AppSync (or similar), DynamoDB, EventBridge, and Amazon SQS . - Experience building event-driven, serverless applications. - Strong understanding of distributed systems, API development, and idempotent event processing. - Experience with DynamoDB single-table design. - Experience integrating third-party APIs and webhooks. - Strong debugging, testing, and production support experience.
