Job Description: - Strong experience as a Transformation Project Manager delivering large-scale business transformation and change initiatives. - Expertise in identifying, documenting, and managing business change requirements across the project lifecycle. - Deep understanding of the end-to-end change lifecycle, including impact assessment, planning, implementation, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Proven experience in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and project governance. - Hands-on experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies. - Strong knowledge of SDLC, business analysis, BRD/FRD, and UAT.
