Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented QA / Test Automation Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce testing and automation. The candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce case management functionality, integrations, and workflows, while ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with banking compliance standards Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites for Salesforce case management functionality. Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing for agent UI workflows, API integrations, and approval processes. Automate repetitive test scenarios using Selenium, Provar, or Salesforce-native testing tools (e.g., Testim, AccelQ). Log defects in JIRA or similar tracking tools and verify fixes through multiple release cycles. Ensure banking compliance requirements are validated through rigorous negative testing and edge cases. Must have prior Salesforce testing experience. Responsibilities - Test Planning & Execution - Develop and execute: - Test plans, test cases, and regression test suites - Perform: - Functional, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing - Validate Salesforce features including: - Case management workflows - Approval processes - Agent UI and business workflows - Automation Testing - Design and implement automated test scripts using: - Selenium, Provar, Testim, AccelQ, or similar tools - Automate regression and repetitive test scenarios to improve efficiency - Maintain and enhance automation frameworks for scalability - Integration & API Testing - Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems - Validate APIs using: - REST/SOAP services - Ensure data accuracy and synchronization across platforms - Defect Management - Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or equivalent - Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with developers for resolution - Retest fixes and validate across multiple release cycles - Compliance & Quality Assurance - Ensure testing aligns with banking and regulatory compliance requirements - Perform: - Negative testing - Boundary and edge-case validation - Maintain high-quality standards for production readiness - Agile Collaboration - Participate in Agile ceremonies: - Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives - Work closely with: - Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners - Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes - Documentation & Reporting - Maintain test documentation: - Test cases, defect logs, test execution reports - Provide QA status updates and metrics to stakeholders Qualifications Technical Skills - Strong experience in: - Salesforce testing (mandatory) - Manual and automation testing - Knowledge of: - Salesforce objects, workflows, and case management - Hands-on experience with: - Automation tools: Selenium, Provar, AccelQ, Testim Integration Testing - Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) - Familiarity with tools like: - Postman, SoapUI Tools & Technologies - Defect tracking: JIRA, Azure DevOps - Test management tools (optional but preferred) - CI/CD exposure is a plus Domain Experience - Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain preferred - Understanding of compliance and regulatory testing requirements Soft Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and quality focus - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment About Us At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything” .
