SAP ABAP Senior Consultant

Responsibilities - ABAP 7.5 coding and RICEFW Development using ABAP on HANA. - Handle support tickets. - Development using integration techniques like Rest API, ABAP Proxy, RFC. - Interact with function and technical team to understand the requirements and propose solution & Deliver objects. - Should be able to work independently on complex developments. - Guide the junior team members to deliver quality and timely developments. - Ability to debug, SAP ABAP Code, ODATA services for troubleshooting and find performance issues at various levels and fix the findings SAP Skills - 6-8 years of experience in one or more SAP modules. - 2 implementation experiences on S4H ABAP. - Experience with ABAP 7.5 coding standards and RICEFW Development using ABAP on HANA. - Understands SAP Activate Methodology. - Understands integration between modules. - Leads detailed module-specific configuration and master data development. - Must be highly proficient with OData debugging and locating the issue. - Understands Web / Enterprise Services including ABAP Proxy and SAP API s. - Proficient on ABAP on HANA, AMDP & CDS views. - Expertise in enhancing standard SAP functionality leveraging standard enhancements framework user exists, Business Transaction Events (BTE), Business Add Ins (BADI), Enhancement Spots (Implicit & Explicit). - Good knowledge in developing Data migration programs and using related tools like LSMW, BDC, BAPIs and SAP Function Module including RFC Function Module. - Strong experience in ABAP troubleshooting and debugging skills. - Understands functional and technical specifications in detail. - Debugging FIORI applications & Workflows, knowledge about BRF+ could be an added advantage Business Skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others. - Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. - Understand business processes for focus area or module. - Research and perform detailed tasks. - Strong analytical skills. - Understand business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify and understand touch points between modules. - Understand how to solve detailed SAP problems. - Understand and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables.
