IAM Senior Consultant (SailPoint) Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced IAM Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and hands-on experience with SailPoint solutions. The role will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting IAM solutions in an enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and support IAM solutions using SailPoint. - Manage user identities, access rights, roles, and permissions . - Configure and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ . - Support identity lifecycle management, including joiner, mover, and leaver processes. - Implement and manage access certification and access governance processes. - Troubleshoot IAM issues and provide technical support. - Work with business and technical teams to define access requirements. - Support IAM integrations with enterprise applications and directories. - Ensure IAM solutions follow security and compliance requirements. - Prepare technical documentation and support project implementation. Requirements - 6+ years of experience in IAM / Identity & Access Management. - Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ . - Experience in identity lifecycle management and access governance . - Good understanding of authentication, authorization, roles, and access controls. - Experience working with enterprise applications and directories. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. Nice to Have - Experience with other IGA/IAM products . - SailPoint certifications. - Experience with enterprise IAM implementation projects.
