Responsibilities: - Define and own the integration roadmap for various enterprise systems. - Collaborate with engineering to build reusable APIs, SDKs, and webhooks. - Engage with stakeholders to streamline client onboarding and improve integration UX. - Track performance metrics and lead continuous improvements post-deployment. - Scalable and reliable integration frameworks across POS, CRM, and e-commerce systems. - Prioritized integration roadmap aligned with customer and business needs. - Customer-centric onboarding processes for rapid implementation. - Success metrics and feedback loops for ongoing optimization.
