Growing together.** **Primary Responsibilities:** + Own delivery from design ? build ? test ? production for Claims AI 10.0 platform components and use case pods + Translate business workflows (SOPs, edits, policies) into agentic architectures using atomic, composite, and workflow agents + Drive predictable delivery across parallel tracks: platform foundations and near term automation use cases + Oversee development of: + Agent catalog and lifecycle management + Workflow orchestration (routing, retries, pause/resume) + MCP based tool and data integrations + HITL (Human in the Loop) review workflows + Ensure all solutions meet production grade standards: + CI/CD for agents and workflows + Monitoring, alerting, cost controls (AgentOps) + Rollback and kill switch mechanisms + Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
