Data Modeler

- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. - Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. - Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. - Be a productive member of the team. Requirements - 8+ years of experience in data modeling, data architecture, and data platform solutions. - Strong experience translating business requirements into scalable and effective data models. - Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks (ADB) and Delta Lake data modeling. - Strong understanding of data products and the ability to align business requirements with implementation strategies. - Experience working on Big Data platforms, preferably within Azure environments. - Proficiency in analyzing and defining database structures based on business processes, applications, and technical requirements. - Experience evaluating database implementations to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. - Ability to design, implement, and organize information systems that support business operations and data management objectives. - Experience preparing database architecture, design documentation, and reporting for technical and business stakeholders. - Strong understanding of data migration strategies, including migration from legacy systems to modern data platforms. - Ability to identify opportunities and recommend improvements for existing and new database solutions. - Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA. - Ability to read and understand Python code and execute basic SQL queries for analysis and validation. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams. - Capable of working independently and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
