AI Engineer

Job Title: AI Engineer Experience: 4–5 Years Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai – Work From Office Employment Type: 6+ month(extendable ) Contract Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in building and deploying production-grade Agentic AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions . The ideal candidate will have strong experience with LangGraph, multi-agent architectures, AI orchestration, LLM applications, APIs, enterprise integrations, and production deployment . The role involves designing stateful AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, decision-making, and executing complex business workflows. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Agentic AI systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). - Build scalable multi-agent architectures using LangGraph and related AI orchestration frameworks. - Develop stateful AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, decision-making, and autonomous task execution. - Implement agent orchestration patterns such as: - Planner-Executor - Supervisor-Worker - Hierarchical Agent architectures - Integrate AI agents with REST APIs, enterprise applications, databases, third-party tools, and external services . - Develop reasoning pipelines, prompt workflows, tool-calling mechanisms, and execution frameworks for enterprise AI applications. - Build reliable and scalable AI workflows that can handle complex business processes. - Optimize agent performance, latency, scalability, reliability, and resource utilization. - Implement observability, logging, monitoring, and evaluation mechanisms for AI agents. - Support deployment and maintenance of AI systems across cloud and hybrid environments . - Implement appropriate AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices. - Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve AI applications. - Prepare technical documentation covering architecture, workflows, integrations, and deployment processes. - Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications - 4–5 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Generative AI, or related fields . - Strong hands-on experience developing LLM-powered applications and Agentic AI systems . - Strong experience with LangGraph and multi-agent orchestration. - Experience designing stateful AI agents with reasoning, planning, and decision-making capabilities. - Strong understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent workflows. - Experience implementing Planner-Executor, Supervisor-Worker, or Hierarchical Agent patterns. - Strong programming skills in Python . - Experience integrating AI applications with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and external tools . - Experience with REST APIs and enterprise application integrations. - Understanding of AI application deployment and productionization. - Experience with monitoring, observability, debugging, and performance optimization of AI systems. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid deployment environments. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills - Experience with LangChain or other LLM orchestration frameworks. - Experience with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). - Knowledge of LLM evaluation and agent performance benchmarking. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Familiarity with AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices. - Experience building enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.
