Technical Specialist – L3 (Enterprise Network) Location: Mumbai Experience: 6–10 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced L3 Technical Specialist with expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, Enterprise Wireless, and Cisco DNA Center (DNAC). The role involves designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure while providing L3 escalation support. Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, and Wireless networks. - Deploy and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, DNAC, SD-Access, and SD-WAN solutions. - Configure OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VRF, HSRP, QoS, ACLs, and MPLS. - Implement Cisco Viptela SD-WAN policies and WAN optimization. - Manage Cisco DNAC automation, provisioning, templates, and assurance. - Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for P1/P2 incidents. - Lead network upgrades, migrations, and transformation projects. - Create HLD/LLD, SOPs, implementation plans, and technical documentation. - Coordinate with customers, OEMs, and cross-functional teams.
