Location: Bengaluru, India Shift: 5 PM - 2 AM Salary Range: INR 17-20 LPA Role Overview: As a Senior Manager - Employee Relations , you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee satisfaction, engagement, and organizational culture through strategic initiatives and hands-on management of employee relations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and drive employee engagement initiatives across the organization. - Own and execute projects related to Employee Value Proposition (EVP) . - Manage rewards & recognition , performance management , and attrition management . - Foster employee satisfaction through various initiatives and support activities. - Resolve conflict situations effectively and maintain positive relationships across teams. - Conduct investigations and drive resolutions with a focus on fairness and consistency. - Collaborate with leadership at multiple levels to maintain a positive workplace environment. What You Need to Succeed: - Experience: 13+ years in HRBP or fields like Employee Relations , Talent Engagement , Talent Management , People & Culture . - Proven track record of handling conflict management , grievance management , and performance management . - Strong analytical thinking , problem-solving , and negotiating skills . - Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure. - Interpersonal skills to engage with leadership across all levels. - High energy , passion , and a results-driven mindset . - Behavioral Qualities: Integrity, active listening, influence, and persuasion skills. Qualifications: - Preferred: MBA/MSW in HR, PGDM (Specialization in HR). - Shift: 5 PM - 2 AM (Night Shift).
