Product Development Expert (TDC)

The Product Development Expert will lead the New Product Development (NPD) of electromechanical products such as motors, actuators, solenoid valves, and mechanisms. The role requires hands-on expertise in design, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting within the Aerospace, Space, and Defense industries. The candidate must have strong CAD skills, precision engineering knowledge, and problem-solving abilities to drive product innovation from concept to production. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and launch new electromechanical products from concept to production. - Oversee electrical and mechanical assembly of NPD projects. - Build concept models, prototypes, and pre-production samples . - Develop test rigs and support product testing for performance and environmental conditions. - Document assembly processes and work instructions . - Identify and maintain necessary tools, gauges, and fixtures . - Train and supervise junior engineers and technicians in AIT activities. - Ensure high-quality standards in product design and manufacturing. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive innovation and precision in electromechanical product development.
