Engineer - Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain focused test plans. - Perform complex test cases and maintain associated test records. - Participate in agile estimation and provide inputs during the development lifecycle. - Assist development teams in resolving critical customer issues in a timely manner. - Reconstruct complex issues into clear proofs for development fixes. - Ensure quality in building, packaging, and deploying code. - Identify patterns needing quality intervention before QA environments. - Design test plans for future requirements. - Set up and maintain testing environments. - Utilize automated test scripts to perform testing duties. - Conduct peer test reviews and suggest improvements. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to other team members. - Foster teamwork and proactively mentor and develop team members. - Apply problem-solving skills to minimize test plan rework. - Use customer understanding and relevant technology knowledge to ensure high-quality product/service delivery.
