QA Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, from raw materials to finished goods. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, laboratory testing, and analytical techniques. The QA Executive will work closely with production, R&D, procurement, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. The QA Executive will be responsible for performing quality inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. They will also conduct laboratory analysis using standard testing methods and maintain accurate records. The QA Executive will ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other applicable standards) and monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality specifications. They will investigate quality issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). The QA Executive will also prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA), inspection reports, and quality documentation. The QA Executive will support internal and external quality audits and coordinate with Production, R&D, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality-related issues. They will ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. The QA Executive will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
