Application Developer

Principal Responsibilities: - UI Development: Design and develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, React) to enhance user experience. - Backend Development: Build robust applications using Python, ensuring high performance and seamless integration with front-end components. - DevOps: Implement, monitor, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient application delivery and integration. - AI/ML Integration: Leverage AI/ML technologies to enhance application functionality and proactively identify and mitigate risks . - Data Pipelines: Perform data extraction, data manipulation and transformation using Python libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) and integrate with databases, REST APIs, or other data sources while ensuring data quality and integrity. - Data Controls: Build a Risk Data Controls framework to validate positions, trades, PnL, Greeks, and pricing data, ensuring robust data processes and risk models. - Process Automation: Automate middle-office processes to mitigate operational risks and improve efficiency. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across Operations, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Finance departments globally, as well as external parties, to deliver projects, regulatory reports, and control frameworks Qualifications/Skills: - Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent) - Experience: 6+ years of experience in full-stack development. - UI Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, React). - Server-side programming: Expertise in server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Python with Django, Java with Spring, Node.js with Express). - Data Pipeline : Experience in data extraction, transformation and manipulation using Python libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy). Familiarity with KDB for data ingestion, manipulation, and querying is a plus. - Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with the ability to interpret large datasets, automate processes, and execute project plans effectively - Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and present findings to stakeholders - Adaptability and Organization: Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Skills: Angularjs, React, Javascript, Css, Html, Python Experience: 6.00-8.00 Years
