Test Automation Architecture

Description We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Architect with 10-14 years of experience to lead our test automation efforts in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing test automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities - Design and develop robust test automation frameworks for various applications. - Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline. - Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality. - Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for test automation. - Continuously research and implement new automation tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency. - Develop and maintain test scripts, libraries, and documentation for automated testing processes. - Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Skills and Qualifications - 10-14 years of experience in test automation and software development lifecycle. - Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. - Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. - Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus. - Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
