Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care. \#BetterDaysStartNow The Master Data Analyst is responsible for the hands-on technical execution of master data management activities. Working under the direction of the Master Data Lead, this role pulls, inspects, transforms, and maintains data to support lead-to-account resolution, account hygiene, and governance rule implementation. This is a role focused on data processing, exception management, and system-level support. **Key Responsibilities** Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: + Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to support master data governance and lead-to-account resolution processes + Execute data pulls and compile datasets needed for rule validation, exception review, and quality monitoring + Manage exception queues, flagging records that cannot be auto-resolved for escalation to the Master Data Lead + Implement and configure business rules in CRM/MDM systems as defined by the Master Data Lead + Conduct data quality checks to verify accuracy of account matching, merging, and creation + Maintain analytical systems and reporting to track match rates, duplicate volumes, and exception trends + Manages all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems + Conducts statistical analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification + Support ongoing data cleansing and deduplication efforts across customer master data + Act as a liaison between the Master Data Lead and technical/IT teams for system changes or enhancements + Document technical processes and maintain SOPs for recurring data tasks **Specialist Career Stream** Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.
