Job Summary: RBK International Academy is seeking an Art & Design Teacher to join our dynamic team and deliver engaging lessons that foster creativity and design thinking. The role involves planning and executing lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive and stimulating learning environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver art and design lessons aligned with curriculum objectives - Classroom Instruction: Teach students various aspects of art and design, including techniques, theory, and creative expression - Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning - Engagement & Environment: Create an engaging and positive classroom environment that encourages creativity - Communication: Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding student performance - Professional Development: Stay updated with current trends and advancements in art and design education Skills: Creativity, Classroom Management, Lesson Planning, Design Thinking, Art Education, Student assessment Experience: 3.00-5.00 Years
