Key Responsibilities: - Handle international customer inquiries through chat and semi-voice processes. - Communicate effectively with both existing and potential customers. - Gather and verify customer information and understand their needs. - Resolve customer queries related to products and services efficiently. Qualifications: - Education: PUC (12th), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, or Graduates from any stream. - Experience: Freshers and candidates with prior BPO or non-relevant experience are welcome. - Skills: - Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal). - Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
