Lead SDET

**The Role:** Lead SDET (C# + Selenium). Overall 12+ years. **Responsibilities:** + Lead the testing and quality efforts on a new team, working in collaboration with other feature delivery teams to ensure appropriate practices and processes are followed. + Oversee and participate in the development and review of test strategies and test plans to ensure appropriate test coverage of all features. + Oversee and participate in the performance of tests across various applications. + Work with, extend and improve our existing test automation framework and guide the team in the development of automated tests. + Work closely with product and development to cultivate a culture of quality within the team. + Become a subject matter expert in the domain and applications built and supported by our program. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement. + Review requirements, user stories, specifications, and technical design documents and create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases using available test methods. + Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities in Agile environment. + Design, develop & maintain framework, scripts and execute automation scripts.. **What We're Looking For:** **QA Automation Engineering** + Experience with E2E Testing Web UI applications, API, DB automation testing. + **Expertise in Automation Testing for WebdriverIO (Typescript), and Cypress (JavaScript)** + **Playwright (JavaScript) for both automation and manual testing.** + **Proficient in Hybrid and BDD frameworks** + Adept at managing all stages of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) + Solid understanding of database concepts, methodologies, and best practices + Proficiency in SQL and database querying + Familiarity with ETL processes and data migration testing + Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs and perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved **DevOps & Automation** + Experience in CI/CD environments with tools like Azure, TeamCity + Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Container Orchestration Service , ECS + CI/CD design using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps + Observability: Splunk, Open Telemetry + Secret Management in test **AI/ML Integration** + Proficiency with AI tools like GitHub Copilot and testing tools such as Selenium and WebDriver. + Build New Test and maintenance of existing test using copilot + AI-driven Failure analysis/code reviews/ code optimization using copilot or similar tools + Build test system/pipelines using agentic AI driven approach **The following experience would be advantageous:** + Prior Experience with the AWS platform is a plus. + Knowledge of LoadRunner is a plus.
