INTL Remote InRule BRMS Developer (India)

Job Description We are seeking an experienced InRule BRMS Developer to support the ongoing development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise business rules applications. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day development activities within the InRule Business Rules Management System (BRMS), including designing, modifying, and implementing business rules, decision tables, and rule-driven workflows to support evolving business and regulatory requirements. The role will work extensively with SQL Server to develop complex queries, stored procedures, data validation logic, and backend integrations that support rule execution and decision processing. In addition to development efforts, the consultant will provide production support, including troubleshooting application issues, performing root cause analysis, resolving break/fix incidents, monitoring system performance, and supporting deployments across development, test, and production environments. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure business rules are accurately implemented, optimized, and maintained while supporting overall system stability and reliability. Skills and Requirements Hands-on experience developing and maintaining solutions using InRule BRMS. Strong SQL Server expertise including complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data analysis. Experience supporting production environments, including incident resolution, break/fix support, and root cause analysis. Ability to translate business requirements into decision rules, rule flows, and business logic configurations. Experience integrating business rules engines with enterprise applications and databases. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills within Agile or enterprise application support environments.
