OTC (Order to cash)

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented OTC (Order to Cash) professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire order processing cycle, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner, while also facilitating the collection of payments. Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end order processing from order receipt to cash application - Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment - Prepare and maintain documentation related to order processing and invoicing - Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments - Generate reports on order status, cash flow, and accounts receivable metrics - Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues related to orders and payments Skills and Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in Order to Cash or related field - Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure - Understanding of financial principles related to accounts receivable and invoicing Skills: Order Management, Sap Erp, Data Analysis, Payment Processing, collections management, Financial Reporting, Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service Experience: 1.00-3.00 Years
