Project Sales Manager

Position Summary: - Manage and follow up with prospective clients, including top builders, architects, and fabricators. - Activate and engage clients by promoting products through detailed technical presentations. - Handle both commercial and government projects efficiently. - Coordinate with internal teams such as accounts, factory production, and sales coordination to ensure timely material supply. - Plan, implement, and execute business strategies to achieve sales objectives. - Maintain a high level of energy and strong communication skills to build and sustain professional relationships. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain a robust project pipeline and identify new business prospects. - Manage follow-ups and relationships with key clients, builders, and fabricators. - Conduct product presentations for façade and cladding projects tailored to client needs. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure service timelines and delivery commitments are met. - Develop and implement business strategies, action plans, and project-specific initiatives. - Collaborate with technical teams to provide product recommendations and support to clients. - Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations and growth. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required; MBA / B.E. / B.Tech preferred. - 4–8 years of experience in the building material industry with exposure to influencer networks, builder and architect connections, institutional or project sales, and government projects. Skills Required: - Strong communication and presentation abilities. - Excellent networking and relationship-building skills. - Sound technical knowledge of façade and cladding products. - Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, email communication). - Strategic planning and business acumen.
