DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes & Development) Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 7+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes (K8s), cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing production-grade Kubernetes environments and be capable of understanding, troubleshooting, and contributing to the existing application codebase whenever required. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure for production workloads. Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s). Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and infrastructure. Collaborate with developers to understand application architecture and deployment requirements. Analyze existing application code and contribute to development whenever necessary. Implement security best practices for cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery of production environments. Participate in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis. Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks. Mandatory Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering. Strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) administration and troubleshooting. Experience with Docker and containerization technologies. Strong experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation). Hands-on experience with Linux administration and shell scripting. Good understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, DNS, SSL, and ingress controllers. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk. Strong knowledge of Git version control. Ability to understand existing application code and contribute to development when required. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
