Quality Head Summary We are seeking a distinguished Quality Head to lead our hospital's commitment to excellence in patient care and operational efficiency. This pivotal role is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive quality assurance frameworks that align with the highest healthcare standards. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner in driving organizational growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all clinical and administrative departments. By integrating robust quality protocols with effective HR management, this position plays a critical part in enhancing patient outcomes, optimizing hospital operations, and managing the healthcare workforce effectively. Responsibilities - Develop and enforce organization-wide quality policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure adherence to national and international healthcare standards. - Lead the recruitment, training, and development of healthcare staff, ensuring the right talent is in place to deliver superior patient services. - Conduct regular audits and inspections of clinical and non-clinical processes to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks. - Collaborate with department heads to resolve operational challenges and implement strategies that enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction. - Monitor key performance indicators related to quality, safety, and staffing efficiency, providing detailed reports to senior leadership. - Manage the hospital's staffing lifecycle, from onboarding to performance reviews, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce. - Facilitate training programs to keep staff updated on the latest medical protocols, safety guidelines, and quality management systems. - Serve as the primary liaison for external regulatory bodies during inspections and accreditation processes. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector, specifically in hospital operations. - Proven expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) with a track record of improving organizational performance and patient safety. - Strong background in Human Resources management, including experience in healthcare staffing, talent acquisition, and team development. - In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making based on quality metrics. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
