Job Requirements About the Role : Business Excellence Manager ** The Business Excellence Manager within the Smart Banker function is responsible for defining and developing business and marketing campaign strategies by analyzing trends, forecasting outcomes, and identifying key initiatives to drive operational excellence. The role involves working cross-functionally to improve planning methods, implement best practices, and ensure campaigns align with business objectives. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement and delivering measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities - Understand business direction and requirements to develop campaign strategies, roadmaps, and assess potential business impacts. - Assist in preparing strategic plans by analyzing market trends and forecasting future outcomes. - Develop and implement best practices and learning plans for marketing campaigns to meet business goals. - Continuously evaluate campaign performance and implement improvements based on insights. - Identify business challenges and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. - Determine and prioritize key business initiatives that drive operational efficiency and growth. - Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to enhance business planning and execution. Secondary Responsibilities - Support the development of frameworks and tools that improve campaign effectiveness. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across business functions. What We Are Looking For Education - Graduation: Any discipline (Full-Time) - Postgraduation: MBA / PGDM / Any discipline (Preferred) Experience - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business strategy, marketing, or campaign management. - Experience in cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning.
