Technical Project Manager

Job Description: Job Title : Technical Project Manager Job Type : Full-Time / Contract Experience : 8-15 years Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid) Responsibilities: - 8+ years of experience in technical project/program management - Strong hands-on understanding of any Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Zuora (Subscription Billing), Salesforce (Sales/Service/Platform) - Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise IT projects - Experience with enterprise ERP/CRM systems integration and data flows - Strong understanding of any of the reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Oracle BI, or similar platforms. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments - Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application projects involving Oracle EBS, Zuora, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and delivery - Oversee system integrations between ERP, CRM, and billing platforms - Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and budgets - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, QA, and vendors - Ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards - Lead release management, change management, and production deployments - Provide governance and documentation for all project phases - Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues in collaboration with support teams Qualification: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
