Senior ServiceNow Developer (TNI/ TSM / SOMT)

Experience 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and telecom modules Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Telecom Service Management (TSM), Service Order Management for Telecom (SOMT), and Telecom Network Inventory (TNI). The role involves designing, developing, and implementing telecom solutions on the ServiceNow platform, working closely with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions aligned with telecom business processes. Key Responsibilities • Develop solutions across TSM, SOMT, and TNI modules • Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts • Implement telecom workflows like order capture, decomposition, orchestration • Model telecom entities: services, circuits, devices, topology • Build integrations with OSS/BSS, NMS/EMS systems using REST/SOAP • Maintain CMDB aligned with CSDM • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong ServiceNow development experience • Expertise in TSM, SOMT, or TNI modules • JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer • Integration experience (REST, SOAP, MID Server) • CMDB, CSDM knowledge • Understanding of telecom domain and OSS/BSS Certifications • ServiceNow CSA (Required) • CIS (Required; minimum 1) • CAD (Preferred) • Telecom certifications (Good to have) Soft Skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Good communication skills • Ability to work in agile teams • Detail-oriented mindset Work Mode PAN India Employment Type Full-Time
