Dear Candidate We are looking for Area Operations Managers for Jabalpur Mumbai and Chennai location Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualification Work Experience Graduate Post Graduate MBA PGDM preferred 612 years of experience in Banking NBFC Home Loan Operations Minimum 35 years in a team handling Strong exposure to Home Loan processing sanctions disbursement documentation and postdisbursement activities Experience in managing multiple branches locations preferred Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of Home Loan operational processes and regulatory requirements Expertise in credit documentation property legal and technical processes and disbursement controls Sound understanding of RBI guidelines KYC AML audit and compliance requirements Ability to drive process standardization and operational excellence Solid analytical and problemsolving skills Excellent stakeholder management and customer service orientation Proficiency in MS Excel MIS reporting and digital loan management systems Strong leadership coaching and people management skills Key Responsibilities Manage endtoend home loan operations across the assigned area Ensure timely login processing sanction documentation and disbursement of loan cases Monitor TAT Turnaround Time and service quality metrics Ensure compliance with internal policies regulatory guidelines and audit requirements Drive productivity and process improvement initiatives Manage branch operations teams and provide training and guidance Coordinate with Sales Credit Legal Technical Risk and Central Operations teams Review operational MIS identify gaps and implement corrective actions Handle escalations and ensure superior customer experience Ensure portfolio quality through strong operational controls Preferred Attributes Resultoriented with a strong focus on process efficiency Ability to manage high volumes while maintaining accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in handling operations for multiple branches within a region Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment Interested candidates can share their CV at Thanks and Regards Shilpa HR Team
