Role:L2/L3/Production Support Exp:5+Years Location: Gurgaon Mandatory skills: Cloud-based data platforms, production support, monitoring, incident management,L2/L3 support. Job Description: - This role requires strong expertise in cloud-based data platforms, production support, monitoring, incident management, automation, and continuous improvement of data processing systems. - Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for production data pipelines and data platforms. - Monitor daily ETL/ELT workflows and ensure successful execution of data processing jobs - Monitor AWS Glue jobs, EMR clusters/applications, Lambda functions, Step Functions, and other data processing services. - Identify manual operational tasks and automate them using scripting and cloud-native solutions. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines Collaborate with Data Architects and Developers on platform enhancements Required Technical Skills AWS Services - Glue,Amazon S3, Lambda, Step Functions, IAM, CloudWatch, Lake Formation, Athena, EMR, Redshift, Systems Manager, Secrets Manager, EventBridge,SNS,SQS,Cloudformation Data Engineering Technologies - PySpark,Apache Spark,ETL / ELT Frameworks,Data Warehousing Concepts,Data Lake Architecture,Data Modeling,Batch Processing,Incremental Data Processing Programming & Scripting - Python,SQL,Shell Scripting,JSON,YAML CI/CD & DevOps - Git,GitHub / Azure DevOps,Jenkins,AWS CodePipeline,Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
