Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, implementing security measures, and monitoring systems to safeguard sensitive information. You will also engage in problem-solving activities to address security challenges and ensure that all operations align with best practices and regulatory requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory. - Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance standards. - Experience with identity and access management solutions. - Familiarity with security incident response and management. - Ability to analyze security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
